Our service is designed for NDIS participants of all ages and abilities. As long as you are registered under the NDIS either plan or self-managed, you can book our drivers for your travel needs.

Yes, all our drivers are carefully selected and trained to provide safe and respectful assistance to NDIS participants. They understand the unique needs of people with disabilities and are committed to providing a supportive travel experience.

Absolutely! If you have recurring appointments or activities, you can schedule regular bookings so you have a dedicated driver for your ongoing needs.

We invoice under NDIS ‘Access Community, Social and Recreational Activities’ in line with current Pricing Arrangements. Book only the time you need, we don’t set fixed minimum shift lengths. Provider travel to/from your pickup is billed per NDIS rules. To keep travel costs down, we usually dispatch the closest available driver.

There’s no catch. Once you’re onboarded, there’s no obligation to use our services regularly. Whether you need occasional assistance or ongoing support, we’re committed to providing prompt and reliable service whenever you require it. Want a one time trip then never again? Fine with us.

We offer flexible options, including pick-up/drop-off only for more independent participants, as well as supported travel for those who prefer or need extra assistance during their activities.
